Knotty Dog Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent custom art studio specializing in handmade fursuit components. All items are custom, handmade works of art and not mass-produced goods.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, unrealistic expectations, or violation of these terms.

Commission Inquiries

Submitting a commission inquiry form does not guarantee acceptance of a commission and does not form a binding agreement.

A commission is only considered accepted once:

You receive written confirmation from us
A commission agreement is signed
Any required deposit is paid

Handmade Nature Disclaimer

All products are handmade and artistic in nature. Minor variations, asymmetry, or differences from references are normal and not considered defects.

By commissioning us, you acknowledge that:

Absolute perfection is not guaranteed
Artistic interpretation is part of the process
Color and appearance may vary slightly due to materials, lighting, and screen differences

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Knotty Dog Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or misuse of products
Wearer safety, maintenance, and proper care are the responsibility of the client
