Clients retain ownership of their original characters. Knotty Dog Studios does not claim ownership of commissioned characters.

Artistic Rights

Knotty Dog Studios retains the right to:

• Photograph and record commissioned work

• Use images or videos for portfolios, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes

If you wish to opt out of public posting, this must be requested in writing before work begins.

Commercial Use

Commissioned items are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may not:

• Mass-produce

• Sell replicas

• Use commissioned work for commercial manufacturing

Without explicit written permission.

Modification Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper cleaning

• Alterations

• Repairs or modifications performed by others

• Normal wear and tear

Any modifications void responsibility for future repairs.
