Refund Policy

Because all work is custom and handmade, refunds are handled under the following conditions.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once a commission has been accepted and work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments

• Payments reflect time, labor, and materials

• Once work has started, payments may be forfeited at our discretion

• Refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis

Cancellations

If a client cancels a commission:

• Any completed work remains the property of Knotty Dog Studios

• Payments already made may be forfeited

• We are open to discussion, but refunds are not guaranteed

No Refunds For

• Change of mind

• Delays caused by the client

• Minor aesthetic preferences

• Properly completed custom work

Shipping

Shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable once a package has shipped.
